What’s the timeframe between applications?

While it does depend on your plan, typically applications are applied every 4-6 weeks.

Does TruGreen use dry granular or liquid materials when treating my lawn?

TruGreen uses both dry and liquid materials. The type of material we use depends on the time of year as well as what is best for your lawn. You’ll know exactly what we’re using because each time we service your property, we’ll leave a service ticket listing what we used during our visit.

When can pets and families return to serviced areas?

After a service, we advise customers to let the application dry before allowing families and pets to resume enjoying their lawns. That typically means 1-2 hours after treatment. This is my first year with TruGreen after using a different provider. Definitely an upgrade over the previous company. My lawn is greener & thicker than it's been in years, and any weeds that do happen to pop up are dealt with quickly. As I'm usually at work when the TG technicians make their service call I have yet to meet any of them, but they always leave (hard copy & email) a complete report of what they did and how I can help keep my lawn looking great. 5 stars.
