I removed my original review, as Trugreen made it right. I called Trugreen to voice my concerns. The general manager came, was very professional, and made things right by resodding my lawn in damaged areas. They also offered to replace my damaged plants. I can say that trugreen made it right and I appreciate them. Thank you!
I put new sod down hired them to take care of my yard they killed my grass. I've been calling they want return my phone calls. I'm getting ready to get a lawyer so they can get my lawn back right. UPDATE!! After going back and forth with them the manger got back with me. They came out today and replaced the damage sod. I'm glad they stand behind there business thank you true green
Almost over night our back lawn has a large part of it turn brown. I called Trugreen the next day and the following day a technical came to our home and treated our yard for soil web worms. We were told that in a couple of months our yard would return green. We appreciated the prompt service Trugreen gave us and look forward to our yard being beautiful again.
