Get Paid to Play Cornhole

Summary

The legend goes that cornhole was invented in the 14th century, when a carpenter saw children throwing large rocks into a hole in the ground most probably made by a groundhog. Using leftover carpentry materials, he would take that idea and create the first cornhole board. He replaced rocks with canvas sacks filled with corn kernels and seven hundred years later, we are still enjoying this simple children’s game.

Cornhole is a great time for all ages and skill levels. The rules are easy enough to understand making it suitable for young children and the more seasoned player alike.  

Here at MyTruGreenLawn, we want to encourage you to enjoy your yard while taking part in some friendly and fun competition. We are looking for someone who is willing to play cornhole and tell us about how you are using it to stay connected while staying safe. The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for anyone with cornhole equipment and a willingness to play. In addition to playing cornhole, you’ll be asked to take notes and tell us of your experience.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Enthusiasm for cornhole.
• Strong sense of play.
• Enjoys being outdoors.
• Can safely socially distance while playing.

Additionally, applicants must be 18 years or older and a US citizen or permanent resident to apply.

What You’ll Need to Do

You’ll need to play cornhole on at least 5 separate days. 

You’ll receive a separate worksheet to complete for each round of cornhole you play. All rounds will need to be played and all worksheets will need to be completed by April 30, 2021.

What You’ll Get

You’ll receive a $1,000 payment for sharing your cornhole experiences.

Your level of enthusiasm for playing cornhole will be a strong factor in the selection process. The application will close at 5 pm ET on April, 2nd 2021 so apply before then to be considered. Only applications submitted via the form below will be considered. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. We’ll select and notify the winner by Wednesday, April 7th.

Terms and Conditions

• The promoter of the “Get Paid to Play Cornhole” is Home Media LLC whose principal office is located at 1122 Oberlin Rd, Raleigh, NC 27605.
• Employees of Home Media LLC or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with Get Paid to Play Cornhole or helping to set up Get Paid to Play Cornhole shall not be permitted to enter.
• Persons must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have reached the age of majority under the laws of the state where you reside, in order to participate.
• Only residents of the United States are eligible to participate.
• Get Paid to Play Cornhole void where prohibited.
• There is NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO APPLY FOR THIS CONTEST. Any purchase or consideration otherwise given by entrants will not improve one’s chances of being selected for Get Paid to Play Cornhole.
• Route to entry for Get Paid to Play Cornhole and details on how to enter are available at www.MyTruGreenLawn.com. Individuals may apply by filling out the application form on MyTruGreenLawn’s website.
• Closing date for entry will be April 2, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET. After this date, no further applications will be permitted.
• MyTruGreenLawn shall select up to one (1) Recipient from the entire pool of eligible entries. The Recipient will be selected based on the quality of the application as judged by MyTruGreenLawn employees.
• The Recipient will be notified by email and/or letter within 7 days at the closing date. If the Recipient cannot be contacted, are not eligible, or do not claim the opportunity to participate in Get Paid to Play Cornhole within 10 days of notification, MyTruGreenLawn reserves the right to withdraw the offer from the Recipient and pick a replacement Recipient.
• Get Paid to Play Cornhole consists of watching the above listed ten (10) from start to finish via whatever platform you prefer. Recipient must already have access to a streaming service and/or cable to complete challenge requirements. MyTruGreenLawn will notify the Recipient how to complete all requirements.
• Get Paid to Play Cornhole is conducted by Home Media LLC and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the films listed above.
• Upon completion of the Get Paid to Play Cornhole, Recipient will receive a one time payment of $1000.00 USD. Upon completion of Get Paid to Play Cornhole, funds shall be distributed no earlier than 30 days following Recipient notification.
• No cash alternative to the tv show-watching kit will be offered. Opportunity to participate in Get Paid to Play Cornhole is not transferable.
• The Recipient agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Recipient or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current federal and state data protection legislation. • Where legally required, the Recipient name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date. To request the Recipient names, please send the request in a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Home Media LLC, 1122 Oberlin Road, Raleigh, NC, 27605.
• MyTruGreenLawn reserves the right to cancel or amend this Get Paid to Play Cornhole and these Terms and Conditions without notice.
• MyTruGreenLawn’s decision in respect of all matters to do with Get Paid to Play Cornhole will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By submitting an application for Get Paid to Play Cornhole, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
